Delivery Delays: Dear customers please note that while our processing times for dispatching our products from Melbourne has not been affected by COVID-19, Australian postal services are experiencing delays. This is out of our control and unfortunately Australia Post cannot provide accurate delivery estimates at this time but have advised that all delivery times have been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. We appreciate your continued support and patience during this time!
Once you order has been received and payment processed, your items will be shipped within 3 business days. A notification will be sent once the item has been dispatched. Delivery will be completed depending on the service selected and region, see below indicative delivery estimates and postage charges:

**For orders less than $100 AUD in value, express charges will be in addition to standard service postage charges.
INTERNATIONAL ORDER AND TAXES
Be aware you may be liable for local custom fees and imports taxes depending on your country, these are not shipping charges and are generally based on the value of your order. We recommend consulting your local customs website prior to purchase.
RETURNS
Within 30 days of purchasing your product if you have a change of mind we will happily exchange the product, provide a store credit or refund, to the value of the purchase price excluding any express postage costs, provided:
- The product is returned in its original new condition, unworn and with complete packaging.
- The product has not been used and has all tags and protective stickers attached.
- The customer is responsible to cover the cost of all postage fees to return the product/s.
- Customer is required to provide proof of purchase.
For returns the customer is advised to use a postage service with tracking as Watches Eleven Co. is not responsible for any lost or damaged items.
If we inspect your returned order and determine that the product or packaging has been used or damaged we will contact you to make arrangements to return your order to you at your cost. If the returned item is inspected and found to be in satisfactorily new condition, then your exchange, store credit or refund will be processed within approximately 10 business days. Refunds can only be returned to the original form of payment.
